You’ll find me to be a warm, grounded, and practical therapist who works from an evidence-based, Human Givens perspective. My aim is always to help you feel calm, understood, and equipped to make meaningful change—quickly.

I integrate proven methods, including EFT and NLP, within the Human Givens framework to promote rapid shifts in how you feel, think, and respond to life.

Human beings thrive when their essential emotional needs are met, and when they have the resources to meet life’s challenges. When these needs—such as autonomy, security, connection, meaning, and a sense of achievement—are not met, distress, anxiety, and depression can follow.

My role is to help you rebalance your life by:

  • Building and strengthening the inner resources you already have
  • Reconnecting you with purpose, meaning, and a hopeful sense of the future.
